We have supported commercial shipping across a great number of activities including ships agency, ship management, refit and repair, and maritime security.
The advent of increased onboard technology is a particular area of interest and we work with start-ups and established companies to advise and assist in areas such as autonomy, maritime supply chain automation and alternative marine fuels and propulsion.
The offshore sector has been a long standing customer
Over a number of years we have worked with clients in both the oil and gas and offshore renewables sectors to win funding and develop innovative approaches to, for example, underwater construction and autonomous workboat concepts.
Ashore we’ve been instrumental in supporting local and national initiatives to provide dedicated research support for maritime innovation and advised both SMEs and large businesses on both government funding and the various UK national Freeport initiatives.
